Job Description We are seeking an experienced Deli Associate to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for preparation, sale and presentation of deli items in a retail setting. Responsibilities: Welcome and identify customer needs Explain products and services to customers Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock Enter and process customer orders Investigate and resolve customer complaints Qualifications: Previous deli experience Excellence in customer service skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Ability to build rapport with customers Excellent written and verbal communication skills Company Description We are a family owned grocery market since 2003. We seek hardworking individuals who come in and get the job done, who are looking for a long-term workplace. We take pride in having a terrific staff, most of which have been with us for many years.
