If they worked travel at UPH (not FTE or PRN), the separation policy does not apply

HOLIDAY update: unless the Unit is closed, your contractor is required to work 1-2 of 3 upcoming Winter holidays

• NBO: 16 hrs
• EMR : EPIC
• OT/Holiday: 1.15x multiplier
• Call Back: 1.5x multiplier with 2 hr CB minimum
• On Call: ***/hr
• Charge/Precept : ***/hr

Billable OT:

• 36-40 hrs/week, OT billable after 40
• 48 hrs/week, OT billable after 48

• Bed Size: 30 bed
• Patient Types:med surg & post op/spine
• Drips: heparin
• Scrubs: Navy Blue, solids
• N:P Ratio: Days - 1:5, Nights - 1:6

Traveler will be required to float across all campuses; Iowa Methodist MC, Iowa Lutheran & Iowa Methodist

• 24 months of med surg/medical surgical experience in a hospital or medical center setting [required]
• strong heparin experience [required]
• NO 1st time travelers... must have 3 months minimum of current travel experience within the previous 12 months[required]
• Post op/operation surgical experience [required]
• Spine care experience [required]
• EPIC emr experience [required]

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:

• Work history/resume/employment history must have 24 months of current operating room experience [required]
• Skills Checklist must be specific to the discipline listed on the job (Operating Room Nurse/RN) - [required]
• Nursy's must state Active Iowa/IA license or compact/Multistate at time of submission - [required] [document]
• Professional Reference/Reference Check - charge/supervisor/nurse manager/director/CNO/COO performance evaluation/reference from within 24 months of today's date [preferred]

• AHA/Active American Heart Association or ARC/client BLS; basic life support - [required]
