We are seeking an experienced mortgage loan officer with strong marketing, communication, and analysis skills to join our team and assist loan applicants in securing the ideal mortgage for their new home purchase. Compensation: $150,000 - $300,000 yearly Qualifications What You Bring 2+ years in mortgage lending or loan origination Proven track record of exceeding goals Strong knowledge of loan products, underwriting, and compliance High-energy, client-first communication style Relentless follow-up, speed, and precision Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-reward environment Licensed (or ready to get licensed quickly) Maintain current registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System Registry Provide excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, superior written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional decision-making ability Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university required in banking, business, real estate, or a related field Understanding of loan originator software such as Experian, LendingWise, or Calyx, and Office Suite highly preferred Strong understanding of company loan policies and guidelines, as well as all federal and state regulations Responsibilities Work closely with industry related professionals to gather and prepare all necessary information to complete underwriting requirements Oversee all customer interactions and ensure a smooth transaction by interfacing with realtors, processors, and underwriters Communicate a thorough understanding of different loan programs and closing costs to help prospective buyers make a decision Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with potential new business referral partners such as realtors, builders, bank colleagues, and the community at large Maintain an active rolling pipeline of funding per our guidelines #J-18808-Ljbffr
