We recently re-established ourselves as an independent company and looking for entrepreneurial minded candidates to help our company grow.The Product Manager, Global Hermetic Feedthroughs, owns the strategic and commercial success of Sensience's global hermetic electrical feedthrough portfolio. This role is responsible for managing and scaling glass-to-metal hermetic technologies globally, driving revenue growth, margin expansion, lifecycle management, and customer value creation in mission critical solutions across HVAC, refrigeration, industrial, aerospace and defense industries. Enabling safe and reliable transmission of power and signals in sealed, high-pressure, and harsh environmentsPosition Responsibilities:Own and manage the global hermetic feedthrough portfolioDevelop and execute global product roadmapsDefine and lead value-based product positioningDrive pricing strategy and margin expansionLead new product introductions (NPI)Translate voice of customer into product strategyCollaborate with Engineering on design and materialsPartner with Operations on manufacturability and costOptimize product lifecycle and SKU portfolioSupport sales enablement and application positioningDeliver executive updates and identify growth opportunitiesTechnical Scope:Glass-to-metal sealingHigh-pressure and vacuum systemsElectrical feedthrough designMaterials engineering and reliability testingPosition Requirements:Requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or business in an engineering or science-related field with a passion for business marketing, or in a business marketing field with clear technical capabilities and financial analyticsMBA preferredRequires a minimum of five (5) years of relevant industry and product management, product marketing, strategic planning or a closely related role in Industrial, HVAC, sensing, or technology driven marketsDemonstrated ability to manage products across the full lifecycle from concept through launch, growth, and end-of-life.Strong business acumen with experience in pricing, margin analysis, and profitability improvement.Ability to translate technical concepts and customer pain points into clear product strategies and commercial outcomes.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, CRM/ERP systems).Experience working with customers and internal stakeholders at all organizational levels.Overall business savvy, market expertise, and operational understandingExcellent communicator and multi-taskerVisionary able to motivate others to achieve and win as a teamNegotiation/persuasion skillsCustomer facing position – travel requiredSensience is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE): race, ethnicity, religion, sex, gender or gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, national origin, or any status protected by applicable law.This is not a position for which sponsorship will be provided.
