The role focuses on shop organization, material movement, basic preparation, and supporting production flow in a high‑precision environment. Essential FunctionsDaily roles include collaborating in a team-oriented environment with cross functional workers. Assist, as required, in the movement of materials or equipment within facility. Responsible for all activities related to shop and/or office cleaning and maintenance, including any required outside grounds keeping.Ensure that all of the assigned activities are completed as scheduled.Assist purchasing manager and shipping supervisor in expediting material as needed.Clean up work areas from hazardous or obsolete materialAssist welders, builders, machinists etc. on-siteHandle, gather, and transport materials and equipmentUse power tools and machinery as neededFollow and maintain all safety protocols and housekeeping requirementsGeneral cleaning in the machine departmentPrep and or set up necessary materials needed for machineAchieve quality and production goalsRegular, consistent, and punctual attendanceFollow OSHA safety guidelines, and ITAR compliance Other duties as assignedRequired Knowledge, Skills and CompetenciesAbility to work with and without supervisionPersonal effectiveness/credibilityClear and consistent communication with teamMultitaskingHigh School Diploma or recognized equivalentApply today and build your future with Visioneering.
