Equipment Coordinator

Job TitleProvide support to management by providing customer service, contract renewals, logistics, data entry and purchasing of shop materials.Areas of ResponsibilityEnsure vehicles are checked in and clean for leaseChecking in / out assets, generating corporate lease agreementsFacilitate the timely delivery and pickup of vehicles from the airport and customersEnsure inspection sheets are completed and signed by customer before and after lease documents are signedReturn signed leasing contracts from customers to the office managerWork with customers to maintain scheduled maintenance / repairEnsure accurate maintenance records are kept on all vehiclesPlan and coordinate tire changeovers twice a yearCreate, receive and close purchase orders as requiredSchedule asset shipping to / from company's other locationsKeep parts and supplies in an organized system for quick retrieval when neededClean and maintain the lot, shop and office areas at all timesKeep keys organized on a key rackMaintain company standards through company logos on vehiclesRequirementsRequired Skills and Abilities:Must have a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years experience in a similar position.Ability to review correspondence and reports for correct format and grammarProficient with the use computers; including Windows and Microsoft OfficeMust have a driver's license with a clean driving recordMust be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check and willing to comply with random drug screeningsAbility to take ownership of a project and follow it through to completion with minimal supervisionCommunication and Teamwork:Must have the ability, and desire, to work as a team member and utilize good communication skills both in oral and written form.Must be able to effectively communicate and work with a variety of personalitiesPhysical Requirements and Agility:Ability to occasionally lift/carry objects weighing 50 lbs., bend and stoop to file.Working Conditions:The work is performed in office, shop and outdoor environments. Work in the field can be in the shop, at customer sites and may be in inclement weather.
