Senior Manager, MN Finance (Hybrid)

What will you be doing in this role? The Senior Manager, MN Finance is responsible for providing the financial oversight and guidance related to the financial activities of both Cedars‑Sinai Medical Care Foundation as well as Huntington, Torrance, and affiliated medical groups. In this role, the Sr. Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to management and support the development and implementation of strategic recommendations based on interpretation of metrics and operational performance. The incumbent will manage and coach support staff in the data analysis of existing practices as well as financial implementation of new groups. The Senior Manager will provide guidance and supervision to professional and support staff toward the accomplishment of organizational goals. Why work here? Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Healthcare Administration. required Master's Degree in Accounting preferred 7 years in managing a healthcare Finance or Accounting Department required 2 years Healthcare financial Management role experience preferred Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Cedars Sinai
