Salary: $104,000 - 144,000 per year Requirements:

• We travel across the US to support customer deployments and provide general service.
• We install products and systems at customer sites and deliver training to customers.
• We provide technical guidance to customers on operational concerns, firmware upgrades, and routine maintenance.
• We assess how customers use our products, investigate issues, and troubleshoot through research or reproduction to find the root cause.
• We carry out structured, detail-focused troubleshooting, gather data, and document issues thoroughly.
• We maintain a communication bridge between customer service and other departments to resolve issues and relay customer feedback.
