This full-time role offers the opportunity to support young learners, ages 5-19, helping them achieve their educational and developmental objectives while working alongside a dedicated, multidisciplinary team.

Your expertise as either an Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) will be vital in addressing students' needs and fostering independence in a supportive and collaborative school environment.

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure/certification as an Occupational Therapist (OT) or COTA
• Previous experience in a school-based setting is preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with staff, students, and families
• Ability to adapt interventions to support diverse learning and developmental needs
• Passion for empowering children and adolescents to achieve their highest potential

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide therapy services to a K-12 caseload, working with students ages 5-19
• Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans in coordination with the education team
• Support students’ participation in classroom and daily school activities by recommending and facilitating modifications or adaptive tools
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote students’ success
• Deliver direct and consultative services as needed
