What You'll Do

• Provide occupational therapy services to pediatric patients aged 0-3 years within the Infant Child Development program
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify delays or deficits in daily living activities, sensory integration, neuromuscular, cognitive, or psychosocial functions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for young children and their families
• Support families with education, consultation, and transition/discharge planning
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care
• Document services and progress in compliance with healthcare standards

What You Need

• Current Kansas state license and NBCOT certification (or equivalent)
• Minimum of 1 year pediatric OT experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of infant and toddler developmental milestones
• Excellent communication and family support skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
