Litigation Attorney Associate

Job Description Job Description Personal Injury firm seeks an attorney with 1-5 years of personal injury trial/litigation experience. The position involves substantial client contact from intake to verdict. We are looking for a lawyer who has handled all aspects of civil litigation including, discovery, depositions, motions and trial work in General District Court and Circuit Court. Applicants must be admitted to practice law in Virginia. Admission to Maryland is a plus. Spanish speakers strongly preferred as are those with immigration litigation experience. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about trial work, curious, energetic, detail oriented and enjoys working with a team. We have been helping people in the DMV for over 25 years.
