Recovery Support Specialist - Evenings & Overnight

First Step Home

First Step Home is looking for a Recovery Support Specialist for the second shift on weekdays and first shift on weekends. This role involves overseeing the safety and security of clients, monitoring compliance with program rules, and documenting interventions. The position requires a High School Diploma or GED and must obtain CDCA within 90 days. Compensation starts at $16.00 per hour, plus differentials for shift times.
