Registered Nurse NICU

$2203.20/week -

Job Summary:

Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with NICU specialization to provide expert care to neonatal patients. This role requires flexibility to cover inpatient units and NICU, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Administer specialized neonatal care to fragile patients in the NICU.
  
  
• 
  Monitor and manage ventilators, oxygen delivery, and line placements such as PICC and umbilical lines.
  
  
• 
  Assist with procedures including G-tube and trach care, if experienced.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
  
  
• 
  Float to inpatient units as needed, providing consistent nursing care across departments.
  
  
• 
  Document patient conditions and treatment accurately in compliance with policies.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold a valid Ohio or Compact RN license with active, unrestricted status.
  
  
• 
  Possess a minimum of 1 year NICU experience, with 2+ years preferred.
  
  
• 
  Certification in CPR and NRP required.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate competence with central line management and all forms of oxygen therapy.
  
  
• 
  Prefer candidates with G-tube and trach experience.
  
  
• 
  Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and weekends on a rotating schedule.
