Contract | Night Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30) | Every Other Weekend | Holidays as Applicable

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical / Telemetry setting across multiple unit types including cardiac, spine, and neuro
• Monitor and interpret telemetry rhythms, including identification of lethal arrhythmias and heart blocks
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately using Epic EMR
• Float to other units as needed based on operational demands
• Adhere to all facility compliance standards, shift requirements, and patient safety protocols

Required Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin RN license or valid Compact RN license
• Minimum of two years of acute care inpatient RN experience within the last three years in Medical Surgical / Telemetry
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Proficiency with Epic EMR
• Must pass a Telemetry competency exam prior to start (adult and pediatric components; passing score of 80% or higher with 100% identification of lethal rhythms required)
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility (local candidates not accepted)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working across multiple Med/Surg specialty units (cardiac, spine, neuro)
• Familiarity with telemetry monitoring and cardiac rhythm interpretation in both adult and pediatric populations
