About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Sales for Large Accounts to take on a pivotal role in owning and scaling the strategic and enterprise sales motion. This leadership position is not about territory management; it's about market-making and driving the adoption of the company's AI-native legal technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and owning the go-to-market strategy for large accounts, leading a team of strategic and enterprise AEs, and ensuring the team is equipped to close complex, multi-stakeholder deals. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, particularly in the strategic or enterprise segment, and experience in verticals such as legal, professional services, or workflow-intensive industries. Key responsibilities for the VP of Sales include driving deal quality and execution, developing and scaling the sales team, and collaborating cross-functionally with customer success, revenue operations, marketing, and product teams. The ideal candidate will have a deep command of sales craft, be adept at running a structured sales process, and possess the leadership skills to build and maintain a high-performance sales team. They should be characteristically vigorous, paranoid, and relentless in their focus on outcomes, with a genuine belief in the transformative power of the company's product.
