Agape Sober Homes Inc. is seeking a volunteer Grant Writer to help identify and secure funding opportunities that support individuals rebuilding their lives through recovery.
This is an exciting opportunity to help a growing nonprofit organization expand its impact and strengthen recovery housing programs serving men overcoming addiction, homelessness, incarceration, and other life challenges.
Responsibilities
- Research grant opportunities from foundations, corporations, and government agencies
- Assist with grant applications and proposal writing
- Help develop program descriptions, budgets, and supporting materials
- Track grant deadlines and reporting requirements
- Work with leadership to identify funding priorities and opportunities
Ideal Volunteer
- Experience with grant writing, fundraising, nonprofit development, or research
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Passion for helping individuals and families impacted by addiction and homelessness

Location Requirement
Remote opportunities available. Preference may be given to volunteers familiar with U.S. nonprofit grant funding and charitable organizations.
Time Commitment
Flexible. Approximately 2–5 hours per week with opportunities for greater involvement based on volunteer interest and availability.
