CATERING SUPERVISOR

Position Title Catering Supervisor (Part-Time Seasonal) at Huntington Park Pay Range $15.00 to $18.00 Responsibilities Supervises hourly associates to ensure their practices comply with company policies and procedures. Assist in ordering and keeping inventory of products. Maintain product cost and labor cost according to budget. Supervise and train hourly staff to ensure policy and procedures are implemented. Maintain consistent, efficient service during peak hours. Follow principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
