Customer Care Representative Onsite/Offsite

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Care Representative to assist customers with questions, requests, and service-related concerns. The ideal candidate will communicate clearly, resolve issues efficiently, and provide a positive customer experience. The position may be performed onsite, offsite, or in a hybrid arrangement depending on business needs. Key Responsibilities * Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, chat, and other approved communication channels. * Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures. * Listen to customer concerns and work toward appropriate solutions. * Process customer requests, account updates, orders, or service inquiries as applicable. * Document customer interactions and update records accurately. * Follow up with customers regarding outstanding questions or requests. * Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor. * Maintain a professional, courteous, and helpful attitude during all customer interactions. * Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating services when needed. * Protect confidential customer and company information. * Meet established service, quality, and productivity standards. * Work collaboratively with team members to resolve customer issues. * Perform other customer service and administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent preferred. * Previous customer service, call center, retail, administrative, or related experience preferred. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. * Comfortable using computers, email, customer databases, and communication software. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Ability to remain professional and patient when handling challenging situations. * Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities. * Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently when offsite. Work Arrangement Onsite: Provide customer support from the company's office through phone, email, in-person interactions, and other approved channels. Offsite/Remote: Provide customer assistance remotely through phone, email, chat, and company-approved systems while maintaining reliable communication during scheduled hours. Hybrid: Combine onsite and remote customer care responsibilities according to business requirements.
