We're seeking a Customer Service Representative for our manufacturing client who will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing orders, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. What You'll Do

• Process and manage customer orders through an ERP system
• Review purchase orders for accuracy and coordinate order updates as needed
• Communicate with customers regarding order status, shipments, pricing, and invoicing questions
• Partner internally with Operations, Inventory, Sales, and Accounting to ensure customer needs are met
• Maintain customer portals and web-based ordering systems
• Research and resolve order discrepancies, shipment issues, and customer concerns
• Provide shipment documentation and related order information
• Assist with returns, credits, and other account-related requests
• Support customers with system and portal-related questions

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a customer-focused professional with experience in customer service, order management, or administrative support, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while working cross-functionally with internal teams.

Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office is highly preferred.
