Job Description

The Front Desk Executive serves as one of the first points of contact for visitors, clients, and team members at Skillbridge Academy. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, communicating professionally, staying organized, and contributing to a positive workplace environment. You will help manage day-to-day front desk activities while supporting the team with administrative and customer-facing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and provide a professional, friendly first impression.
• Answer and direct incoming calls and general inquiries.
• Assist visitors, clients, and team members with questions and requests.
• Manage appointments, schedules, and front desk communications.
• Maintain an organized and presentable reception area.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks, documentation, and data entry.
• Coordinate information between departments when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records and handle information professionally.
• Support daily office operations and help ensure an efficient workflow.
• Provide excellent service while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
