Minimum Qualifications:


Information Systems Management:
- Extensive knowledge of practices and tools for the effective planning, control, and management of information systems technology for a business organization.
- Extensive experience managing multiple IT projects.
- Experience demonstrating the ability to develop and manage a budget and budgetary needs as well as track budget expenditures.


Technology Proficiency and Integration:
- Proficient in utilizing integrated systems technology to boost work efficiency by staying abreast of IT advancements.
- Skilled in using fundamental software applications to support day-to-day operations.
- Experienced in integrating technology into the workplace to address changes in business operations effectively.
- Profound experience in operating and monitoring computers and AV equipment to ensure smooth functioning.
- Extensive experience and knowledge of IT security.
- Experience demonstrating considerable knowledge of database management.
- Working knowledge of various Windows operating systems and associated products, including but not limited to Windows 7, Windows 10, Windows 11, Server 2012, 2016, 2019, and 2022.


Technical Support and Collaboration:
- Experience providing Technical IT and business support services to diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Considerable experience demonstrating the ability to collaborate with, lead, coach, and provide personnel guidance/management to other IT professionals.
- Considerable experience demonstrating knowledge skills and abilities to leverage and develop technology to provide program training as needed to diverse staff and customers.
- Considerable experience communicating verbally with demonstrated ability to present training/technical information to staff/stakeholders as needed, and experience communicating inwriting with demonstrated ability to draft technical guidance documents, reports, and similar forms of correspondence.
- Experience demonstrating the ability to work independently to organize, plan and direct work activities in a deadline-driven environment as well as work effectively with a team.
