Front Desk Agent - Full Time

Because we are looking for a Full-Time Front Office Host! This role pays $17.25/hour What does the ROLE entail? Responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions Strong guest service orientation in order to ensure high guest expectations This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience Fast-paced environment that requires continuous standing Other duties may include processing forms of payment, responding to guest inquiries, and upselling hotel rooms and assisting in enrollment of guests into Hyatt loyalty program.
