- Hourly Rate: $63.83

- Provide specialized care for critically ill patients in a trauma, surgical, OB, neuro, cardiac, or medically unstable unit
- Monitor patients continuously, assessing and intervening as needed (Q1H or more frequently)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient care accurately and thoroughly
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols
- Assist with patient stabilization and emergency interventions as required
- Valid Massachusetts RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum of 2 years of CCU/ICU experience
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
