What You'll Do
- Provide critical care nursing for trauma, surgical, OB, neuro, cardiac, and acutely ill patients
- Monitor and respond to patients requiring Q1H or more frequent assessments
- Administer medications and treatments in compliance with hospital protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient progress and interventions accurately
- Respond swiftly to emergent patient needs and stabilize as necessary
What You Need
- Valid Massachusetts RN license
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- At least 2 years of recent CCU or ICU experience
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
