Assistant Manager – Quick Service Restaurant Columbia, Missouri Hourly (~$60k Salary) We're partnered with a franchisee of a growing Quick Service restaurant brand looking for an Assistant Manager to join one of their high-performing locations in Columbia, Missouri. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on leader who is passionate about developing people, creating a positive team culture, and delivering consistent operational excellence. Working closely with the General Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day success of the restaurant while continuing to develop your own leadership skills. We're looking for someone who enjoys being in the operation, leads by example, and is eager to grow within a successful location. What You\'ll Be Doing Supporting the General Manager with the day-to-day operation of the restaurant Coaching, training, and developing team members Driving guest satisfaction through exceptional service and operational consistency Assisting with scheduling, labour management, inventory, and food cost controls Ensuring food quality, cleanliness, and brand standards are consistently maintained Leading shifts and supporting the team during busy service periods Monitoring operational performance and helping drive continuous improvement What We\'re Looking For Previous Assistant Manager, Shift Manager, or restaurant leadership experience within a Quick Service restaurant Hands-on experience working with fryer-based operations is required Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing people Good operational knowledge, including labour, food quality, and inventory management Passion for hospitality, consistency, and creating a great workplace culture #J-18808-Ljbffr COREcruitment
