This is a great opportunity for someone early in their estimating career who wants to grow with an established contractor working on complex infrastructure and underground projects. Responsibilities Prepare cost estimates for mining, geotechnical, and heavy civil construction projects Review drawings, specifications, and project documents to determine scope Perform quantity takeoffs and pricing Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids Assist in preparing complete bid packages and proposals Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and operations teams Support budgeting and cost analysis throughout the preconstruction phase Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field 2+ years of estimating experience in mining, geotechnical, or heavy civil construction Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications Experience with quantity takeoffs and cost analysis Strong communication and organizational skills Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $70,000 – $100,000 Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Career growth opportunities with a well-established contractor Apply This search is being conducted by ZARRELLCO , a recruiting firm specializing in construction and engineering talent.
