Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred. Minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in finance, Strong knowledge of financial regulations, standards, and best practices. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office programs. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
