7.1 Baker Responsibilities Bakers are expected to ALWAYS greet customers with a loud, “Welcome to Crumbl”after customers enter. Bakers must be prepared to answer questions, make recommendations, accept orders and payment, and generally provide an exceptional experience. Decorate and present finished product to customer; Test ingredients and finished good to ensure that each item meets food safety andquality controls; Bakers will be trained in assisting customers in ordering, taking down relevantinformation and ensuring accuracy of all orders; Crumbl is a fast-paced work environment that requires tasks to be completed in a timelymanner. We expect our Bakers to be efficient, fast, and focused on quality in every task, EVEN WHEN SALES ARE SLOW; Cleanliness is paramount at Crumbl. Employees are expected to always clean their workstation, sanitize equipment and tools, and generally keep the store neat. Bakers restocktheir work stations (frostings, toppings, boxes, etc.) during and after their shift to ensurethe next shift is set up for success; Bakers who are minors (under 18 years of age) MAY NOT operate, clean, or repair thelarge Hobart Mixers at the store. This is a federal labor law standard relating to safety forminors in the workplace. This is a zero tolerance policy! 7.2 Baker Requirements Strong communication, time and resource management, and planning skills. Basic math and computer skills. Willingness to work independently or with other team members to solve problems, plan,fulfill orders, and create amazing baked goods. Flexibility to work around busy seasons (Holiday, Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day),including early morning, night, weekend and holiday availability.
