**Job Family:**SAAS/PAAS/Cloud Application Development**Travel Required:**Up to 10%**Clearance Required:**Ability to Obtain Public Trust**What You Will Do:*** Help translate complex business requirements into technical designs and solutions using ServiceNow.* Lead the development of ServiceNow applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.* Provide technical expertise and guidance to other ServiceNow developers.* Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications.* Stay current with ServiceNow products, features, and industry trends to drive innovation.* Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for improving existing ServiceNow implementations.* Conduct reviews of functionality developed by ServiceNow development team and perform unit, system, and integration testing.* Debug and fix technical problems.* Support the development of detailed technical and functional documentation.* Provide demonstrations of developed applications to product owners and end users.* Participate in platform upgrade activities, including regression testing and reconfiguration.* Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of ServiceNow solutions.**What You Will Need:*** Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science, Information Technology or Business is preferred)* Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.* Minimum of FOUR (4) years of experience.* ServiceNow certifications: CSA, CIS, CAD is preferred* Ability to commute to client or corporate offices within the Washington, DC metropolitan area 2-3 days per week.**What Would Be Nice To Have:*** Candidates with an ACTIVE "SECRET" or higher-level clearance are preferred.* Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls.* Expertise in ServiceNow Modules such as HRSD and ITSM, as well as with App Engine and Scoped Apps.* Experience with web services integration, specifically Mid-Server, SOAP, and REST, preferred.* Strong experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide, AngularJS), Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.* Experience with ServiceNow automated testing framework (ATF).* Agile, SCRUM or SAFe certifications.* General understanding of financial management aspects (i.e., financial operations, financial innovation, internal control, risk management, etc.), particularly in a federal environment.The annual salary range for this position is $85,000.00-$141,000.00.
