Physical Therapy - PTA SNFThis position is for a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) working Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, averaging 35 hours per week with weekend rotation. The PTA provides rehabilitation services in a skilled nursing facility (SNF), assisting patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. The role focuses on improving mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.Requirements: Candidates must hold an active PTA license in the applicable state and have completed an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care settings is preferred. Strong knowledge of therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and patient safety practices is required, along with effective communication and documentation skills.
