Ticket Service Representative (Part-Time)

The Miami Dolphins and Hard Rock Stadium are looking for Ticket Service Representatives dedicated to providing guests with world-class experience for Miami Dolphins games, University of Miami Games, the Miami Open, the Formula 1 Hard Rock Miami Grand Prix, concerts, soccer and other world class events. This position is based on-site at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a world-class experience through a promise to Care, Know, and Connect with Hard Rock Stadium guests.
• Respond to face-to-face inquiries from customers, troubleshoot problems and provide excellent customer service in a timely manner.
• Perform work in Ticketmaster to provide the necessary assistance to Hard Rock Stadium guests.
• Maintain a working knowledge of stadium operations and ticket office policies and procedures to effectively assist with general questions.
• Exhibit professional conduct, image, and demeanor necessary in the workplace.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively with guests and other employees.

Qualifications:

• Minimum high school diploma, preferred 4-year college degree or actively working towards degree.
• Prior experience within service or sports industry highly desired.
• Strong service-oriented mentality and strong interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable and confident learning something new.
• Availability to work a minimum of 80% of ALL Hard Rock Stadium events, which includes Miami Dolphins and University of Miami home games, the Miami Open, the Formula 1 Hard Rock Miami Grand Prix, concerts, soccer matches, and more. This will include weeknights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand outdoors for long periods of time.

• Fluent in English, Spanish beneficial.
