About the Role

We are looking for a Toddler Childcare Teacher who can keep up with the curiosity, activity, and growing independence of young children.

In this role, you'll help toddlers navigate their daily routines while introducing fun experiences that encourage communication, creativity, movement, and social development.

What You'll Do

• Supervise toddlers carefully throughout the day
• Provide a variety of age-appropriate play and learning opportunities
• Encourage children to express themselves and interact positively with others
• Support developing independence through everyday classroom routines
• Assist with meals, snacks, rest periods, toileting, and personal care
• Redirect challenging behaviors using positive and age-appropriate techniques
• Observe children's interests and developmental progress
• Keep learning areas safe, clean, and inviting
• Communicate relevant information with parents and guardians
• Complete classroom documentation and daily reports as required
• Coordinate with classroom staff to provide consistent care
• Follow center policies and applicable childcare regulations

Requirements

What You Bring

• CDA, TCC, Associate’s Degree, or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Previous toddler childcare teaching experience preferred.
• Current CPR/First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Must successfully complete all required background checks.
• Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
