The role is critical in building a strong pipeline of potential members prior to and during active sales cycles. Your Mission (Should You Choose To Accept It) Be a Social Butterfly: Get out into the community—local businesses, events, and high‑traffic areas—to spread the word and build relationships. Generate Leads & Close Sales: Work both in the field and from our pre‑sale office to identify prospects, distribute marketing materials, and convert leads into members. Build the Buzz: Bring high energy and enthusiasm while showcasing why Crunch is the ultimate fitness destination. Be the Brand: Embody our “No Judgments” philosophy with positivity and inclusivity—in person and on social media. Partner Up: Develop local partnerships to drive awareness and cross‑promotional opportunities. Identify and pursue new lead opportunities through outreach, events, partnerships, and digital channels. Conduct daily prospecting activities including calls, text, social media engagement, and in‑person networking. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads. Develop relationships with local businesses and organizations to increase visibility. Sales: Engage prospective members, understand their fitness goals, and present tailored membership options.
