Payer Enrollment Coordinator

To minimize reimbursement barriers for patients and providers, the full-time remote Payer Enrollment Coordinator will manage the enrollment process for government and commercial payers, ensuring accurate application submissions and effective communication with healthcare providers. Key responsibilities Determines practitioner eligibility and processes enrollment applications for government and non-delegated commercial payers Tracks and maintains provider enrollment application statuses and collaborates with various departments to ensure compliance Responds to inquiries from healthcare organizations and serves as a backup for payer enrollment staff Required qualifications Associate's degree and 1 year of relevant experience required Knowledge of private payer, Medicare, and Medicaid reimbursement processes Experience with electronic application submissions and provider enrollment systems Ability to analyze application documents for accuracy and completeness Familiarity with CAQH profiles and credentialing processes preferred
