Trusts & Estates Staff Attorney (All Offices)

Description About the Position Warner Norcross + Judd LLP is seeking a staff attorney to join our Estate Planning Practice Group in any of our offices. The staff attorney will service the firm's clients by assisting with the preparation of estate planning documents, assisting with the estate settlement process, preparing fiduciary accountings, and managing and assembling estate planning forms. Prior experience is strongly preferred. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, experience using document automation software (such as HotDocs), and entry-level coding or scripting experience are a plus. The candidate must be detail-oriented and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
