Systems AdministratorThe Business Systems Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of CIP's core business technology systems. This role serves as the primary internal administrator for Salesforce while supporting the organization's broader technology ecosystem, including artificial intelligence, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, learning management systems, website administration, integrations, reporting, user permissions, and business process automation.Working closely with National Office departments and Center leadership, the Business Systems Administrator helps ensure systems are reliable, secure, user-friendly, and aligned with organizational goals.
