Crestfield Talent is seeking a professional and organized Partnerships Coordinator to support business partnerships, external communication, and day-to-day coordination with partner organizations.

This hybrid role is a good fit for someone who communicates confidently, manages details well, and is comfortable supporting multiple relationships and projects at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Support communication with business partners and external contacts

• Coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-up activities

• Maintain accurate partner records and contact information

• Track open requests, deadlines, and partnership-related tasks

• Prepare basic presentations, documents, and meeting materials

• Coordinate internally with sales, marketing, and operations teams

• Assist with partner onboarding and ongoing account support

• Help keep partnership activity organized and up to date

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Good organization and attention to detail

• Comfortable using CRM, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace

• Able to manage multiple deadlines and follow-up tasks

• Professional and dependable

• Previous experience in partnerships, sales support, account coordination, or business development is preferred
