We’re looking for an experienced Transportation Senior Project Manager to help lead major infrastructure initiatives across the islands. In this role, you’ll:Lead large, complex, multidisciplinary transportation projects from planning through completionOversee multiple high-impact projects at once while keeping quality, budgets, and schedules on pointStrengthen client relationships and take an active role in business development, proposals, and strategic planningGuide collaborative design sessions with your team, partners, and community stakeholdersManage staffing and project workloads with a sharp eye on deliverables and deadlinesMonitor project finances, lead QA/QC efforts, and conduct key project reviews with operational leadersMentor emerging project managers and foster a culture of excellencePreferred QualificationsMaster's degreePMP certificationWhy HDR Honolulu?Because here, you’re not just a project manager you’re a changemaker.
