Director of Accounting - Commercial Real Estate
Well Established Commercial Real Estate Development Company seeks a Director of Accounting. Immediate need for this position. Salary: Base $150k +/- plus a 15% bonus, full benefits, and a 401k with a 50% match up to 10%. Relocation is available.
One of our clients, a well-established and growing commercial real estate development and acquisition company, is looking to hire a Director of Accounting. In this role, you will supervise one person.
Duties:
- Full financial statement responsibility, corporate accounting, general ledger, MEC, etc.
- Investor reporting
- Analyzing potential acquisitions
Requirements:
- CPA
- 10+ years of experience
- Experience with CAM reconciliations
- Strong general ledger, month-end close, and supervisory experience.
The company is on an MRI Accounting platform.
The company is offering a six-figure base salary, a 15% bonus, MDV, and a 401k with a 50% match up to 10% of your salary.
