Banking Associate (85th & Madison) 30 Hours

Responsibilities Accurately process everyday banking transactions on the teller line or through the digital platform, including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and card transactions. Open and close personal deposit accounts and manage account‑servicing requests. Provide customer service, educate customers on TD products and services, and identify financial needs to promote appropriate solutions or referrals. Deliver end‑to‑end financial advice by building trust, offering consultative support, and providing proactive insights and recommendations. Use TD systems and tools to engage customers, deepen relationships, and attract new and existing clients. Manage lead generation and follow‑up activities, including creating and prioritizing self‑generated leads, handling partner or campaign referral leads, conducting outbound calls or SMS, scheduling appointments, and mass outreach. Ensure all transactions and customer interactions comply with internal policies, risk and control programs, regulatory requirements, and audit obligations. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Minimum of one year of customer‑facing experience (volunteer, education, military, or other) or equivalent. Teller experience preferred; required to complete Teller Training and Platform Training Part1 upon hire. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, concise and clear. Effective problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Demonstrated ability to schedule, prioritize, and work independently within deadlines.
