Southeast Cor Of E Country Rd 466 And Sumter County Rd 100, Lady Lake, FL 32162 Position Summary Lead and coordinate community outreach, maintain relationships with community stakeholders, and promote company-sponsored programs and sustainability initiatives to associates, customers, and the local community. Oversee compliance with company policies, implement asset protection, safety controls, and quality assurance. Provide supervision, training, mentoring, and recognition for hourly associates, promoting a belonging mindset. Deliver excellent customer service following the OBW model, resolve complaints, and lead process improvements. Assist the store manager in driving financial performance, reviewing PL statements, managing expenses, and correcting deficiencies. Coordinate job-related activities, communicate goals, and drive continuous learning and adaptability. What You'll Do The above responsibilities represent the core functions of the role. Minimum Qualifications 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience. Completion of all required job trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings). Preferred Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U or Bellevue University, with experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
