Account Manager, Soft Tissue Solutions - Austin, TX

Integra LifeSciences seeks an Account Manager in Austin to drive sales growth for surgical soft tissue solutions across multiple surgical specialties. The role involves building clinician relationships, executing territory plans, and supporting operating room needs.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, hospital administrators, and internal stakeholders
• Execute territory plans and develop annual business plans with monthly and quarterly reporting
• Educate clinicians on product clinical benefits and provide consultative support in operating rooms
• Collaborate with Regional Business Manager to set goals and meet revenue targets
• Identify product improvement opportunities and trade show education opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience; business or science background preferred
• Minimum two years business-to-business sales experience
• Operating room experience required; plastic surgery experience preferred
• Two years surgical device or medical device sales experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with clinical knowledge
• Negotiation, objection handling, and conflict resolution abilities
• Valid driver's license and ability to lift 50 pounds
