You will craft engaging content that highlights MatterHackers’ products, including 3D printers, CNC machines, laser engravers, and more. By promoting these products through your social media channels, you'll build a thriving community of makers and DIY fans. Qualifications Proficiency in 3D printing, CNC machining, laser engraving, and other DIY technologies Strong presence and following on social media platforms, or actively building one Exceptional skills in content creation, including photography, videography, and editing Ability to engage and expand a community of followers Passion for making and sharing creative projects Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage your schedule Located in Orange County, CA – role is based at our Lake Forest headquarters, providing access to our Lab/Workshop Responsibilities Serve as a social media ambassador by actively engaging with customers and showcasing products through effective communication and live demonstrations. Create and manage compelling content for social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Support event marketing efforts by planning and executing promotional activities that highlight our products and brand. Collect and analyze customer feedback to refine marketing strategies and improve customer experiences. Utilize photography and videography skills to produce visually engaging content that aligns with our branding objectives. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent messaging and cohesive branding across all communication channels. Take ownership of your role and drive your success by proactively exploring creative opportunities and solutions that benefit both you and the team.
