Strong understanding of product catalog management.
Hands on experience with Comviva products.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non technical stakeholders.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analyst with proficiency in Dutch to join our dynamic team in the Telecom Digital BSS domain. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of product catalog management and have hands on experience with Comviva products. This role requires a detail oriented individual who can effectively analyze business needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and processes within the Telecom Digital BSS domain.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
Develop and maintain product catalogs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
Utilize Comviva products to enhance business processes and improve service delivery.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and drive consensus among stakeholders.
Prepare detailed documentation, including business requirement specifications, use cases, and process flows.
Support the testing phase by developing test cases and ensuring that solutions meet business requirements.
Provide ongoing support and training to end users on new systems and processes.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in the Telecom Digital BSS domain.
Mandatory Skills:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the Telecom Digital BSS domain.
Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential.
Strong understanding of product catalog management.
Hands on experience with Comviva products.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Knowledge of telecom industry standards and practices.
Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
Experience in project management is a plus.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
7 10 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst.
Visa ready status to work in the Netherlands.
