What You'll Do
- Welcome and assist customers on the lot and in the showroom
- Provide product knowledge and guide guests through the buying process
- Deliver a professional, transparent, and enjoyable car-buying experience
- Keep up with current promotions, inventory, and manufacturer programs
- Work with teammates and managers to exceed sales goals
- Maintain ongoing communication to build lasting customer relationships
What We're Looking For
- Positive, energetic attitude and great communication skills
- Prior automotive or retail sales experience helpful, but not required
- A drive to learn, compete, and succeed in a fast-moving environment
- Strong closing and negotiation skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Bilingual skills a plus!

Requirements
- Automotive sales or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to succeed in a team-driven, high-volume dealership
- Comfortable using CRM systems and digital sales tools
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Valid CA Occupational Sales License (or ability to obtain)
