Looking for a role with variety, independence, and a supportive team behind you? Join B&T Building Services as a Mobile Custodian and be part of a company that values flexibility, reliability, and hard work!

We're currently hiring a Floater/Mobile Custodian in Indiana, PA . This position offers a consistent second-shift schedule with the unique opportunity to work at multiple job sites, keeping things fresh and engaging. You'll be an essential part of our team, helping to maintain quality standards across locations.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3 PM - 8 PM or Second Shift Hours
• Hours: 25 hours/week
• Pay: $18/hour, with weekly pay with gas reimbursement
• City/Town - Indiana, PA

Duties:

• Travel to various job sites as needed to cover for absent team members
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming
• Restroom and break-room cleaning
• Dusting and garbage removal
• Ensure each site meets our cleanliness standards before leaving
• Communicate with the Area Manager regarding site needs and supply restocks
• Bring a proactive approach to cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction
