We are seeking a highly motivated Sourcer or Senior Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team. This is an exciting opportunity for a sourcing professional who thrives on solving challenging talent acquisition problems, uncovering exceptional candidates, and building pipelines for difficult-to-fill roles. The ideal candidate is naturally curious, resourceful, and driven by research and discovery. Rather than relying solely on applicant tracking systems or inbound applications, this individual leverages market intelligence, networking, talent mapping, and creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top technical talent. This role requires someone who can quickly execute established hiring strategies, operate independently with minimal oversight, and build strong partnerships with recruiters and hiring managers. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain pipelines of high-quality passive candidates across a variety of technical disciplines. Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to execute sourcing strategies aligned with current and future hiring needs. Conduct comprehensive market research, talent mapping, and competitive intelligence projects. Utilize advanced sourcing methodologies to identify and engage talent beyond traditional job boards and ATS platforms. Develop customized outreach campaigns and engagement strategies to attract top candidates. Generate qualified candidate pipelines for difficult and high-priority technical positions. Continuously evaluate and implement new sourcing channels, tools, and techniques. Maintain ownership of assigned searches and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Provide talent market insights and recommendations that support hiring decisions and workforce planning. Act as a trusted partner to recruiters and hiring leaders throughout the talent acquisition process. Required Qualifications 3+ years of sourcing and/or recruiting experience with a strong focus on proactive talent sourcing. Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques, including: Boolean search Talent mapping Demonstrated success sourcing hard-to-find candidates within technical organizations. Experience sourcing talent for Software Engineering and other technical disciplines. Proven ability to independently execute recruitment strategies with minimal day-to-day direction. Strong research, investigative, and analytical problem-solving skills. Exceptional curiosity and a track record of uncovering talent through creative and non-traditional approaches. Self-starter mindset with a high degree of ownership, accountability, and initiative. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Preferred Qualifications Agency recruiting or agency sourcing experience. Experience working within startup or high-growth organizations. Experience sourcing Electrical Engineering and/or Mechanical Engineering talent. Exposure to recruiting across a broad range of technical and business functions. Experience supporting highly specialized or niche technical searches.
