Location: Fort Wayne, IN

Pay: $2,797.60 weekly

Shifts: 8-hour days, participation in weekend rotation

Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN - Case Management professional for a travel assignment in Fort Wayne, IN. This role requires expertise in inpatient case management, specifically within utilization review, collaborative patient assessment, and discharge planning. The successful candidate will be part of a dedicated system utilization management team within an acute care environment.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Case Management - Travel

Utilization Review and collaboration with the Care Team
Comprehensive patient assessment to drive discharge
Stay progression and discharge planning to expedite patient transition
Comprehensive and accurate EPIC documentation
Primary unit assignment with possible floating to cover other units as needed

Requirements of the RN - Case Management - Travel

State of Indiana RN License or compact license
Minimum of 2 years' experience in inpatient case management
Competency with MCG and InterQual
Prefer certification in Case Management
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
