Batch OperatorLocation: Stafford, Virginia Type: Contract To Hire Compensation: $23.00 Work Model: Onsite Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM for training; shift hours are 10:30 AM - 7:00 PMResponsibilitiesHandle various raw materials in product manufacturingFollow precise instructions for quantities and production timingOperate manufacturing equipment and perform basic mechanical repairsUse forklifts to load/unload materials and finished goodsSupport manufacturing coordination and quality control effortsRequirementsAbility to read, understand, and communicate in English (including PLC interface and safety documentation)Forklift experience requiredBasic math skills for accurate chemical additions and recordkeepingComfortable working with chemicals and machinery safelyPhysical capability to bend, push, pull, lift up to 55 lbs, and climbSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyProactive in preparing for upcoming production batchesHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredSystem One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
