Principal UX Designer — Web Strategy & Systems Leader

Cengage Group is looking for a Principal UX Designer in Chicago, Illinois to shape and enhance our web and digital experiences. This role involves defining web strategy across complex systems and collaborating closely with Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in UX design and a strong ability to communicate across functions. You will lead design work from initial concepts to final delivery, ensuring that our solutions deliver meaningful value.
